Food was great but service was sub-par, got water refill just before paying bill

Nice laid back hotel right on the lake. Biking and walking trails with great views of lake and mountains. I stayed here on a buisness trip for a week. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice with lake view, operational gas fireplace, oversized Jacuzzi tub, sofa, large wide screen tv and a super comfy bed. Just a 5 min walk to grocery, drugstore, restaurants and town.
